1. Spray water on to goggle lens (front & inside) using squirt bottle. 

2. Dap with clean cloth (do not wipe inside lens could damage Anti-fog coating.) 

3. Make sure while lens is out to wipe down goggle frame. 

4. unclip straps you can machine wash the strap. (Do Not Machine Dry) 

5. Reassemble goggle back together, put tear off on lens to protect and store goggles safely.

 

Pro Tip: You can use lens cleaner as along as it is alcohol base that will evaporate.
