Shipping Policy

Shipping Time  *MOST* (not all) orders received before 12:00 pm (PST) will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 PM (PST) will ship the next business day provided product is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday.

 

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time
offered to you by Monkey House Racing or other parties only as an estimate. We
encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

 

Once we ship an item, if after 2 weeks of shipping (US only) the item status has not
changed, we can look into shipping out another shipment. If after 3 weeks, the shipping status has not changed, we can look into a refund on the items. We are not responsible for delays by shipping carriers.
