Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item. We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc. We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item
Shipping Time *MOST* (not all) orders received before 12:00 pm (PST) will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 PM (PST) will ship the next business day provided product is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Monkey House Racing or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Once we ship in item, if after 2 weeks of shipping (US only) the item status has not changed, we can look into shipping out another shipment. If after 3 weeks, the shipping status has not changed, we can look into a refund on the items. We are not responsible for delays by shipping carriers.
